Order Tracking
You will be emailed a tracking number on dispatch.
International Customs Charges
The customer will be responsible for customs or import charges that may be required based on their shipping country. Please check your governments import fees and taxing before placing orders with Lélicienne as we do not reimburse these fees.

Address Changes
Please check and double check your address is correct. Include all street numbers, unit numbers, floors + company names where applicable. We suggest including a mobile phone number so we can contact you quickly if there are any problems. International orders require phone numbers at checkout.
If you have entered the wrong address or need to update an address, please email us immediately at CustomerService@lelicienne.store to amend. Labels are created automatically once the order is placed so we only have a small window to be able to make any changes.
Please triple check your address before placing the order, as we are not responsible for missing parcels if we could not update address in time.
