Care Guide
Our items at Lélicienne are delicate and need to be handled with care to ensure their longevity and functionality. Each piece may have specific care requirements, so always check the care label on your garment. Below are some general tips for washing your lingerie. If you need specific advice, please contact our support team at CustomerService@lelicienne.store
1. Cold Hand Wash Only
Your Lélicienne garments are too delicate for the washing machine. Hand wash them gently in cold water with a mild detergent or a bit of shampoo. Machine washing can cause underwires to pop out, lace to tear, and embellishments to disintegrate.
2. Wash With Like Colors
Always wash similar colors together to avoid color transfer. Dark or colored items can bleed onto white garments. Even a red item might have some loose dye that could affect other pieces.
3. Do Not Soak
Avoid soaking your garments for more than a few seconds before or after washing. Prolonged soaking can cause colors to run, fade, or transfer.
4. Do Not Tumble Dry
Our pieces are too delicate for the dryer. Keep them away from it to prevent damage.
5. Dry Flat in Shade
Lay your garments flat to dry in the shade. Avoid hanging them, as this can stretch out the elastic and cause it to deteriorate.
6. Do Not Bleach
Avoid using bleach on our fabrics and trims. Bleaching can damage lace and cause colors to become uneven and discolored.
Additional Tips
Always fasten the clasps before washing any bra or bralette to prevent the hooks from catching on other parts of the garment or lace.
For a quick wash, you can take your lingerie into the shower with you.
Avoid getting metallic embroidery or glitter motifs too wet.
If you must use a washing machine, place your items in a mesh bag and use a gentle, cool, or quick wash setting. Note that this is at your own risk, as washing machines vary and we cannot be responsible for any damage caused.
Caring for your lingerie may take a bit more effort, but it is crucial for keeping your pieces in great condition over time.
